President
Felix Garcia, MBA
Felix Garcia is a Fort Worth native with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and an MBA. With over 12 years in the construction and lighting industry, he is certified in outdoor and low-voltage lighting. A military veteran with 13 years of service, including a tour in Iraq, Felix is a proud father of four and resides in North Fort Worth.
In 2010, he started his landscape business and expanded into holiday lighting, ultimately focusing on outdoor, event, and permanent lighting. At Elite Lighting Concepts, Felix specializes in customized lighting designs for events and seasonal decorations, earning a reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
Felix actively participates in his community as a Board Member of the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce and previously served on the Board of Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas Inc. His volunteer efforts include financial consulting for Catholic Charities Fort Worth and supporting children's programs with The First Tee of Fort Worth. He also contributed to the Dallas Mavericks' Marketing & Promotions Team, demonstrating his commitment to community engagement.

Mary Garcia is a seasoned expert in event planning, specializing in design and decor. With extensive experience in higher education, nonprofit, and corporate events, she excels at fostering community engagement and creating impactful experiences for diverse audiences.
Her expertise in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) enables her to design inclusive events that resonate with various groups. At Elite Lighting Concepts (ELC), Mary enhances the company’s industry profile by delivering exceptional design services that elevate events and create memorable experiences.
In addition to her professional work, Mary is deeply committed to community service. She actively participates in initiatives through the Keller Education Foundation and other organizations, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact. Her multifaceted approach positions her as a leader in event planning, focused on fostering connections and meaningful experiences for all.
